Position: Chief Operating Officer
Gavin, a registered Advanced Life Support Paramedic, deals with all matters operations, quality and product related. This includes researching and developing new products, such as the CritiSeal Chest Wound Seal, and finding products that will meet the stringent quality standards at Be Safe Paramedical. Gavin is also the Editor of our “The Responder” Newsletter and regularly contributes articles various external publications
Prior to joining Be Safe Paramedical in 2011, Gavin was the Head of The Western Cape Emergency Medical Services College of Emergency Care and worked for the Emergency Medical Services for over 20 years. He also spent a couple of years working as a Paramedic in the oil and gas industry in the USA and Europe.
When not at the office, Gavin enjoys all thing sea related such as surfing, rock and surf angling and kayak fishing.
